Repaint with a top quality acrylic outer paint for superior adhesion and water resistance. After thoroughly cleaning the surface, apply a high quality stain exempt oil based or acrylic primer. SOLUTION: To treat or prevent, apply a quality exterior acrylic primer succeed with a coat of high quality exterior acrylic paint. Repaint, applying an even coat of top quality exterior paint. Make sure the beginning coat or primer is parched prior applying the top coat. Orderly surface of all dust with parched rags or vacuum and then apply an oil based undercoat or a stain blocking interior acrylic primer recommended for plaster surfaces. Apply a complete coat to the test area and permit it to dry. If necessary, apply a second coat and permit it to dry.
