Phillipa Wilson began her active career as a registered nurse. She undertook a number of tertiary courses in the health sector during her early working life culminating in a Master of Public Health from Mon ash University. In her Master’s studies, she developed the Baa Dismal Sheep technique which was a uniquely innovative way of achieving correct CPR rates. At this time, Phillipa was the company, and as such wrote the courses, sold the courses to the beginning clients, ran the courses and did all the administration for the fledgling company.
