Freight costs connected to returned items (other than imperfect incorrectly supplied titles) are at the customer's expense. With proof of buy they will be returned to the supplier for mend or replacement. Goods on Approval: The evaluation period for stock supplied On Approval is 14 days. Goods not returned within that time will be invoiced to the school and deemed as a firm sale. Multiple copies of the identical title are not available for approval. We do not produce approval facilities for the latter product: Digital Products. Title and Risk: The title to the goods passes to the customer upon payment.
